The Program
All personal training clients receive the following:
- Anywhere from 1 to 5 hour-long training sessions per week tailored specifically to your goals. Sessions are designed to exercise all your major muscle groups in what is known as a "2-Day Split." This method combines maximum muscle stimulation with optimal recovery between workouts. The result is an efficient, fat-burning, muscle-building, body-changing program that ensures the highest return on your investment. Quite simply, there is no better way to do it.
- E-mail or phone coaching to ensure your success. Quality personal training doesn't end after the sessions are over.
- Education. During workouts you'll learn the science behind our system so that one day you'll become self-sufficient & able to continue your progress with or without a personal trainer. A proper knowledge base assures that you'll be injury-free & have the body you want for an entire lifetime.
- Electronic body fat analysis to monitor your progress.
- Partner Training sessions up to 3 people are available at reduced cost per person.
