What's it Like? Yoga classes focus on fitness, flexibility, focus & fun from a stationary position, while emphasizing relaxation & stress management techniques. It is practiced in a comfortable soothing environment. Who's it For? Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, size or experience level. Classes & workshops are available for beginners, intermediates & the advanced, along with other specialty areas.

Sunday 6pm - 7pm Tuesday 7:30 - 8:30pm
You don't need an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome.
*One-on-One sessions in your home are also available!
Cost: $10 per person for each class.
$80 for PUNCHCARD to 10 classes. *Card does not expire & may be used for Group Exercise class.
Yoga 101: What to Bring & Expect
Blocks, mats & straps & some blankets are provided, but you can bring your own accessories (you are encouraged to bring your own mat).
Yoga is practiced barefoot. No shoes, please.
Wear comfortable clothing & bring water. You will be bending & stretching - so dress accordingly
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins
Every class ends with a relaxation period. Some clients like to have socks or sweatshirts available as their body temperature cools down. Eye pillows are also a nice touch (some will be available).
Listen to your body. If there is something you can't quite master, don't be concerned or try to "overdo" it. The beauty of Yoga is that there are modifications for all poses that provide equal benefits. Yoga should be a safe, kind, rewarding practice.
Relax & enjoy. Yoga is noncompetitive. Don't compare yourself or your progress to anyone else. It's your journey, so enjoy this time for yourself & the rewards that accompany it. You deserve it!
